Delivered full product ecosystem - B2B/B2C apps, therapy marketplace, web & mobile - and led AI & automation initiatives reducing operational workload equivalent to 25+ roles annually while increasing quality and reliability.
As CEO & Co-Founder - from zero to scale: built a subscription-based, premium DTC supplements brand from
0 → 13M+ PLN ARR in 3 years, achieving 5.5× YoY growth in year 2, while owning product, tech, operations
and performance marketing with healthy unit economics.
Scaled sales across 27 European countries, delivering 4.92/5 average rating on 100,000+ orders, merging
a high-end physical product with a seamless digital experience.
As Product & Technology Leader at BOLD, I built and led 7 high-performance teams delivering one of the top global SaaS products in the HRTech space - serving 100M+ annual users across 200+ markets. Introduced a subscription business model and drove major monetization gains through hundreds of product & growth experiments optimising conversion throughout the funnel. Following acquisition, I successfully led the post-merger integration of two product and technology organisations - aligning platforms, teams and strategy while maintaining strong growth trajectory. Delivered what became the world’s most advanced and best-converting CV builder, winning multiple industry benchmarks.
As a one-man product & technology builder, I created AnkietaPlus from scratch - defining concept, designing UX, writing all code, deploying infrastructure and owning go-to-market. The product achieved organic market adoption and has continued to operate with fully automated sales, onboarding and billing, generating revenue without ongoing maintenance - demonstrating my ability to build profitable, self-sustaining SaaS end-to-end.
As Delivery Manager I was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of software products and managed services supporting R&D and Commercial Operations at global scale. Scaled the portfolio within 12 months - expanding budget from 1M → 4M CHF and growing delivery teams from less than 10 → 80+ FTE - while maintaining green KPIs. Led transformation initiatives, automation and continuous improvement programs to increase reliability, efficiency and delivery velocity across multiple global teams.
As one of the three program coordinators at Gadu-Gadu, I led product and delivery for the web platform (GG.pl) as response to growing globally Facebook - a social networking and messaging product serving 9M+ monthly active users, a cultural icon in the Polish digital landscape. Managed cross-functional frontend & backend development teams and owned end-to-end delivery of three major product releases and continuous updates over a 2-year period. Implemented Agile delivery, improved velocity and quality during a key phase of the product’s evolution.
